18 Years Old, wanting to get into a healthy, daily regimen

Hey there, I'm 18 and wanting to lose weight and tone up my body.

I played sports from a little kid to around 16 years of age, which I ended up dropping out of sports and ended up becoming quite a sloth. My worst ever was probably an unhealthy 215 lbs at 6' just this past summer. I've since then given up soda and most unhealthy foods and now weigh 190. Though I still have that lanky arm and stomach gut look, because I'm still not exercising.

Anyways, that's a quick background on me. I really want to get a daily regimen that revolves around exercise and healthy eating but I just don't know where to start so figured I'd come here and ask.

I was at the dump the other day and saw this clean looking weight bench at the swap shop so I picked it up, figuring I could make good use of it with my free weights. I also just got a decent road bike. Not to mention I have one of those home gym machines sitting in my basement.

I mean, I have the equipment at home to do it, which is awesome. But I really don't know how to go about it. It's great to just jump into it for the first few days and feel good, but without any structure I don't last.

Should I make a schedule? Any sites that could help me make a schedule? Are there any good Youtube accounts out there that any of you could recommend for free-weight lifting/cardio?

Thanks for reading, and any advice/tips you share.
