-1700 cal deficit and done w/ dinner, WTF?!

Wow, today is weird. It is 6pm and I have finished dinner and my day's calorie balance is -1700. I am full, satiated. I am going to treat myself to a mcdonald's caramel sundae i think (400 cals)! I have not eaten ANY junk or fast food or meals away from my home for THREE weeks now, so such a treat is rare. But geez, even with the treat I will be at -1300! I had grapefruit and a latte for brkfst, 10 pecan halves and shredded coconut (1 T) for snack, 1 oz fake cheese (almond cheese), 200 calories burned cycling indoors, veggie italian sausage (140 cals) and mushroom with marinara sauce for lunch and again now for dinner (but two such sausages), heated in coconut oil (I figure 200 cals for the oil for lunch and inner). Just weird, I am so satiated. And happy after three weeks of dieting that I can treat myself to something special (which I will not do often, trust me).
 
I'm not following you. You say you had a grape fruit and a latte (which the latte can't be that low in cals) pecans 1 oz of "cheese" 480 for lunch and dinner together...-200 for excersize. So how did you come up with -1700 cals??

PLUS your diet sound EXTREMLY low in cals...
 
I mean, to do -1700, you'd have to excersize off 1700 cals PLUS the amt of calories you had for the day. It doesnt' make sence.
 
Don't have my food journal in front of me (I am at a coffee shop), but roughly (I calculate caloric balance as done on fitday.com, used to do it there online but now I find just as easy to run a tally on a spiral pad of paper one page each day, as I have figured out the calories in the foods I eat, looking up new foods as needed):

-2700 calories needed to live (BMR+sedentary; 6'4", 284 lbs; Mifflin equation used)
-200 exercycle

-2900

+150 grapefruit and skim latte
+ 50 five pecans
+150 other snacks (apple, orange, five more pecans)
+150 tablespoon shredded UNsweetened coconut (specially ordered, all the shredded coconut in the grocery stores is loaded with sugar)
+300 lunch (1 veggie sausage [140 cal], shrooms, sauteed in coco. oil [100] then grease soaked up and drained, 1 cup coconut milk [50])
+400 dinner (2 veggie sausages [280], shrooms, sauteed in coconut oil; sparkling mineral water)
=================
-2900 + (1200) = -1700 calorie balance, so full, stuffed!
Honestly, I was not hungry at all at this point! Well, that is sort of a lie-- I decided to treat myself to the sundae, but I went and got it and stuck it in the freezer for two hours before eating it.

Camomile tea and off to sleep after a little TV.
