Wow, today is weird. It is 6pm and I have finished dinner and my day's calorie balance is -1700. I am full, satiated. I am going to treat myself to a mcdonald's caramel sundae i think (400 cals)! I have not eaten ANY junk or fast food or meals away from my home for THREE weeks now, so such a treat is rare. But geez, even with the treat I will be at -1300! I had grapefruit and a latte for brkfst, 10 pecan halves and shredded coconut (1 T) for snack, 1 oz fake cheese (almond cheese), 200 calories burned cycling indoors, veggie italian sausage (140 cals) and mushroom with marinara sauce for lunch and again now for dinner (but two such sausages), heated in coconut oil (I figure 200 cals for the oil for lunch and inner). Just weird, I am so satiated. And happy after three weeks of dieting that I can treat myself to something special (which I will not do often, trust me).
