Hello!


Title describes what I want pretty much, 24yo female 5'7" I'm trying to do C25K, tried a couple of months ago, got to week three and got terrible shin splints and then got lazy and haven't picked it back up again.


Now I feel like I can't put it off any longer, and the more I leave it the more weight I put on!


I need to figure out how to change my diet of pasta, cheese & crisps...I'm trying to become a reformed student, ha!


So my goals are,



Stop eating like a slob

Stop acting like one!
