I'm 17 years old and from South Africa. Recently my school had an athletics day. I broke the school record by running an 11.72, and this was a bloated time as for the first 10m or so I was trying to stop myself from falling. At the start, I tripped at the get go and, as I said, spent about 10m trying to regain my footing. You know that feeling when you're teetering forwards and you're trying not to fall on your face.
So I reckon I could run around a 11.5 right now. I've never trained for sprints before. I haven't gone for a run in about half a year, and I've never gymed in my life. I eat whatever the heck I want to eat, and the only exercise I get is when I play sport.
How much potential do I have as a sprinter? I'm 1m75 and 72kg.
