17 year old needs help!!

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me with getting fit and healthy.
I currently am 168cm/5ft6' and approx. 65-70kgs/143lbs(I have no scales). At the moment I do no exercise and don't eat very well at all. I would really like to look great for summer, and the rest of the year, too! But I would also like to eat and feel more healthy.
I would really love it if someone could write me up a meal and exercise plan that could give me results really quickly, but will also work in the long-term.
I don't mind doing this via email for as long as it takes. In fact; I would be incredibly greatful if someone could do this for me.

Thanks.
Ellemoose.

Hey Ellemoose

I often used to write plans for clients, they never stuck to them!

Read some good books on nutrition (anita bean, john Briffa) and try short jogs and going to some classes. If you know what to do you'll start doing it probably without even realising.

Make some fitness related friends to train with - that will help you more than any plan or programme.

Training programs:
Starting Strength
New Rules of Lifting
Strong Lifts 5x5

Those are all great places to start. Read either or both of the first two and you will learn a lot.

As for the meal plan, read the Nutrition stickies to learn more about that. Shoot for 1g/lb LBM in protein, the rest fill with mostly complex carbs and healthy fats. Figure out your caloric intake estimate (freedieting.com) and then subtract somewhere in the 10% or 500 calorie range to begin with.
