17 year old male: seeking advice

Hi, my name is Tim. Looking to improve endurance and lose a little chub. I have weight training 3 days a week. This includes stretching, running for 10 minutes. Then depending on what program my instructor puts us on.. either a endurance program or explosive muscle building program. I would say I eat very unhealthy. I will be looking into that on a different forum. So, what I want to know is what should I be doing? I am looking to possibly drag myself into the army.. but if not give me an exstensive plan and a slightly easier one please. Also, I am 5'8" 138-142lbs not fat not skinny.. people tell me that I have some chubs because I might grow more. Doubtful, any comments opinions, or guides for a good PT chart would be appreciated.
 
Start measuring (weighing) and tracking your food intake - 90% of your results are determined by diet. (Garbage in, garbage out.)
