I am 17 years old, 5'10, and weigh 240lbs. To be honest with you I don't even know where to start. I had been eating a whole lot before I came to the conclusion that it was time to change. I have cut my eating down to about a third of what I was. I have completely cut out soda, junk food, etc. and I have been trying to eat as healthy as possible. For Breakfast i usually eat 2 eggs (scrambled) and a piece of toast, on the weekends. During the week before school I eat a granola protein bar with a glass of water, when i have time. For lunch I try to get whatever is the healthiest and lunch, usually a grilled chicken sandwhich on a wheat bun. For dinner, it varies on what my Grandma makes. Whatever she makes though I always try to make sure I have just enough to feel full and I try to eat slow and let my stomach settle. Also, I drink a ton of water all day. As far as excercise goes, I walk around with my friend a lot but thats it. I could really use some tips on a diet and exercise plan. Any kind of help would be amazing! thank you!
