17/fe/ - 5'3/132lbs (can any one help)

Hey guys!

Okay well im 5'3" and im about 132 i want to slim down to about 115- 120.
I'm not very good at deits and since im still growing everyone yells at me for trying to do carb deits. I really am out of shape when it comes to exercising, i get horrible cramps and pains.


Does anyone have tips and such to help get me STARTED at least.
 
well start with cleaning up your eating habits, make it a new habit to eat properly. try to do a form of cardio that doesn't cause you pain, i can't run so i do tae bo or jump rope instead. and start off with bodyweight exercises to get good form b4 you start adding weights. but diet changes and cardio will be key for you at this point to lose the weight then firm up after that and build a little muscle to help your body burn better.

my tip is: dont liscen to people that dont know what there doing.. ^_^

do u need help with your diet or your excersise routine?

and whats ur excersise routine look like right now?
