Hi I'm 16 years old, first time posting, or even looking for help in weight loss.
I'm normally a happy guy, but I weigh 90 Kgs, and at school, you can see my issue here haha. I'm fairly high achieving, so there is something for me to fall back on, but its not like I want to live a unhealthy lifestyle and be unattractive of course.
I basically do no exercise what so ever, so of course I deserve to weigh 90 kgs. I'm looking to change that! Not looking for immediate results, as long as I can see something changing over like, the next 3 months. I started today, with some weights, and then I did an 8 minute run on the treadmill, which was pretty abysmal. This was in the morning, so I had limited time. Just now, I did some weight lifting (Not much, just like 2 KG), but I ran for 15 minutes on the treadmill, at the same intensity as the 8 minute run. I'm fairly certain I could do two 15 minute runs (One in the morning, and one in the evening). How am I doing? Am I doing too much in one day? I feel like I'm up to it... but I just want to see if I'm doing it right or overdoing it.
Any help is appreciated, once again I'm not looking for immediate results but basically at least something. :action11:
