I'm kind of a noobie at all of this "Weight loss" talk.
I eat around 1500 calories a day (Chicken, smoothies (banana, orange, apple, pineapple, berries), tomato quick soup, vegetables for dinner, curries etc) and do some cardio and walk 2-4 miles for 5-6 days a week. If I keep up this diet and exercise plan would I be able to lose 3 stone (42lbs) in a year? Thank you
