16 years..cel tech + nitro tech..good?

i'm 16 years old...i started working out like 4 months ago. My dad bought me the cell tech and nitro tech (hardcore - pro series) and I have many questions...

> Is working out going to make me not increase my height anymore??
> Are those powders going to make me really gain muscle faster? (don't say it mostly depends on my diet...cuz I already know it, and I eat lots of healthy and normal food all day long - proteins, carbs, vitamins, everything...I think)
> Are those powders going to have any secondary effects? like affecting my growth or something? .. i'm asking this because my dad talked to some trainer or something and he told my dad that as creatine does something related to testosterone, my body will get used to it, and when I stop using creatine my body won't produce testosterone normally

so please, pleeease pleeease help me! :sad3: i'm a newbie

when I stop using creatine my body won't produce testosterone normally

I'm pretty sure that's anabolic steroids and not Creatine that would have this effect.

I'm not sure about taking it at 16, I doubt any studies have used people any younger than 18, and certainly no long term studies.

Not really sure if you'd need to start taking creatine right away, and depending on genetics at 16 you may find it difficult to build huge amounts of muscle compared to say somebody in their mid 20's, but it all depends on the effort you put in.

You already answered your own question about gaining muscle faster, it's all down to correct nutrition and the right training regime (including enough rest).

People built huge slabs of muscle before all these suppliments were around, so they aren't a requirement, they can just help for a few reasons whether that be budget or convenience or any other manner of things.

Oh and there's not really any "fast" way to gain muscle, it takes time so don't get depressed if you look in the mirror after 3 months hard work and don't see he-man staring back. I think it's around this point a lot of people can be led to give up on their training by expecting amazing results so quickly.

You can see results in that time for sure, but as I say you won't suddenly be huge and ripped after 3 months.

Generally speaking, creatine is not an appropriate supplement for someone of 16. Creatine is absorbed into the body and turned into creatinine, which is then filtered out through the kidneys. Know how doctors look for renal (kidney) issues? They check for elevated creatinine levels. At 16, your kidneys are still developing, and in no need of the extra stress that detoxing creatinine will cause. Give it a couple more years and for now take advantage of the ridiculously high natural test levels you have. For what it's worth, there are at least a couple of cases of creatine causing kidney malfunctions in adolescents using normal dosage.
