16 year old with LOTs of questions

I've been browsing the forums for about a week and decided it was about time to make a post. Im not new to forums, so yes I have read most of the stickies.
Info:
I am a male, 16 years of age. I am 6'2 and weigh 155 pounds. I don't know my bodyfat %.(english is NOT my mothertongue so I probably make mistakes bear with me)

I have been working out for about 3 months. I also play basket-ball and lacrosse so I would consider myself in pretty good shape. At my gym there are personal trainers who give workout programs for free the first 4 months. So I've been following the stuff they've been giving me.(I dont think its necessary to post it because the questions aren't related to it.)

I would like to start taking working out more seriously because I think it could help me with sports.
1) Is nutrition really important at my age? Should I be watching my weight at 16? As of now I have not been dieting(yet ive still seen major improvements) and have been eating whatever foods and not watching calories and I've managed to stay in good shape.(I eat when im hungry and stop when I'm not anymore). I mean I dont eat mcdonalds everyday but I have sodas and candy and cookies once in a while. For snacks I have fruits, crackers, and whatever I can find.

2) Will working out affect my growth? I have read and researched this but there seems to be contradiction and would like someone to clear this up.
3) Since I've been workingout I seem to be VERY fatigued.(Like I would almost fall asleep during classes) yet I was am getting 8-10 hours of sleep.

4) Should I be taking supplements at my age?

5) Should I even be working out at my age? Am I too young?

Thanks in advance.

Edit: Sorry for wall of text :S

1.) Nutrition is infact the most important factor. Especially at our age where we are growing.

2.) Working out will NOT stunt growth if done properly. Infact it may even spur growth because exercise speeds up growth hormones.

3.) Your fatiqued because your either doing to much exercising or not sleeping enough or a combination of that and your diet sucks. Post your diet and training program.

4.)No, you should not be taking supplements at your age with the exception of whey protein.

5.) You are not to young to workout. People who workout at our age are the ones that live very long lives because we start life habits early.

Make sure to read all the stickies and especially some of the articles in the article section. Welcome to the forum by the way.

Thanks jman for all the info. Right now its too late, but i'll post my workout program tomorrow. The problem is I don't really have a diet. So theres nothing really to post.. I also have a few more questions:
At my age should I be cutting or bulking?
About the nutrition... Should I be more worried about what I eat(in terms of food) or the actual amount(calorie-wise). By that I mean should I just be watching what I eat and eat healthy or also be watching HOW much I eat?

Thanks in advance.

Nutrition is ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS important.

And when you think it's not important, see above. :)

You should be watching both what and how much you eat. The what is what will fuel your workouts, like good proteins, carbs and healthy fats. The how much will determine if you're cutting (calorie deficit - you burn more calories than you take in) or bulking (calorie surplus - you take in more calories than you burn).
