Whaddup everyone,
I am 16 and have never worked out before. I want to get in shape over the summer. I have a small weight set in my basement with a bench press, leg press thing, and something on each side for your arms? For the set there are 2 20 lb weights, 4 10 lb weights, and 2 8 lb weights. I also have dumbbells up to 10 lbs. I am really new to weight training as you can tell. Can someone help me make a workout plan with some running, push ups, sit ups, pull ups, and some weight training with what I have access to. I am 5'10-11" and weigh between 130 and 140. I want to get a little muscle on my arms and chest, and have cut abs. I also want to be in running shape running-about a 6:30 mile. Please help me! Please feel free to message me on here or reply to this thread. At the moment, I can do 20 push ups and then it starts to hurt and 20 sit ups and then it starts to hurt.
