16 Year old male needing to lose 5-10 kilos in 3 months

Hey there fellow weight-losers!!

I am trying to lose weight and my stomach and chest for my birthday in march!!! But I cannot figure out what excercises i should be doing, what I should be eating, heck, I can't even think of where to start!!

Our family owns a home gym, that has different excercises, and goes up in 15 pound incraments, (currently being used as clothes hanger).

If you could suggest excercises, how often and how long....I would love you all to bits :D

dude you can start jogging!! (or power walking) and bike riding dude

i recommend start off slowly and work your way up, your goal is achievable...

no fast food....no snacks...think before you eat (not really good with the diet but you cant eat RUBBISH!!)

workout should be roughly 45 mins to 1hr and 5 to 6 times a week you should be training! :action11:
