16 Year old Looking for Help

Hi guys and girls,

I'm 16, and I'm a bit overweight. I'm about 6 feet tall and weigh about 210 lb. My body fat is about 16-18%. I'm not terribly fat or out of shape, because I play multiple sports.

You've seen it before. I'm that healthy fat. Where you say "Yeah, he's fat, but he's not a slob". Get it?

I just got a gym membership, and I'm going to start working out with friends on Monday and I plan to eat better too.

My goal, honestly, is too really get a nice body in about 6 months. I would really appreciate any tips, strategies, advice, personal experiences, ect. to help me reach my goal.

I suggest that you must eat fruits. Blue berries are full of powerful antioxidants. They fight against disease, give you energy, and their sweet taste makes a great snack....Try it!! :newangel:
