Hey everyone, I'm new to the Fitness Forum. I'm a sixteen year old girl who needs some help..
I play rugby and hockey, so spring and winter training is pretty intense. But for my off seasons I've been trying to go to the gym to help me lose weight, as I have a little more weight than I should!
I live in a small town and we don't have a personal trainer, so I don't really know how to start. Could someone please help me come up with a plan of some sort?
My target areas are my lower back, stomach, and thighs.
ANY help would be appreciated !
