16 year old guys first attempt at a diet(me)

Ok so im about 6 foot and 160 pounds. Its all fat. Zero muscle lol. Im basically tired of...feeling tired all the time and being weak. So i bought myself a one year subscription to 24 hour fitness gym. Heres my plan

1. Go on a diet till i get my desired weight (-30 pounds fat)
2. Excercise every day (++++ muscle)

I will do the above 2 things till im fit.

Then im going to excercise everyday BUT eat whatever i want like i do now.

Will i be able to maintain my Weight and muscle? Anyone else tried it? What results?


P.S- I eat junkfood every single day, i look fine no one tells me im fat ever, well people have called me skinny as well as a lil fat but im just a little chubby so i guess i might have fast metabolism considering all i do is sit home and play videogames and eat fast food everyday.
 
Welcome to the board. I have a couple of questions.
Are you male or female?
Either way, 130 lbs at 6 feet tall is too skinny. If you are male, and want to put on muscle, you are not going to way 130. If you are a female, the lowest you can or should go is 141 or so, I'm aiming for 150.

People say you don't look fat because you are tall, I get that all the time, but we know how we look under the clothes.

So here is the thing. In your PS you put all the things that you are doing wrong, so you know you are doing them. At 16 I know it is hard to see into the future, but that junk food will catch up with you. My 16 has high cholesterol (hereditary), he's had it since he was 12 and he is only 135lbs at 5 foot 9 (he is way skinny, I'm afraid the wind will break his ribs). Just cutting out your junk food and moving a little a day, you probably will lose the weight in no time, and feel better.
