I have been working hard for a long time, but weight with me does not come off so fast. In the process I've gone vegetarian, I try to do some kind of work-out/physical activity daily, and am continuing to try to lose those final pounds. It is hard, but I feel if I've made it this far, the rest can't be so bad can it? I'm thinking of taking up swimming during the summer, see if that gives me a boost. I certainly feel a WHOLE lot better than 16 months ago thats for sure.
