15y/o wants some help

Hi,

Here is what i do everyday to try to loose weight:

1) 50 Sit-ups
2) 20 mins Bike
3) 10 mins Jog
4) 50 Sit-ups

I'm 173 cm and weigh around 65 kgs.
Is there anything thay i can or need to change to see more affects on my body?

What are you eating?

Weight loss, if you read the stickied threads around the forum, is about using more calories than you take in.. .So what's yor food plan...

The stickied threads will also help you put together an effective workout plan...
