15 yr old. 6 pack in 6 months?

Hello everyone
Im 15 yrs old, 5'9 and approx. 180lbs

and to summarize everything up i want a 6 pack in about 6 months

all comments and ideas are welcome

I need help like a workout sequence, diet ideas and exercises

Currently i have a treadmill and recently bought a home gym

i wanna cut down to about 150 pounds maybe?
also wanna lose my man boobs and tummy

Stick to the treadmill and use your home gym regularly. As for diet, since you're only 15, I would just recommend cutting down on junk food. Getting regular exercise and switching your diet to a healthy, balanced diet, you should be able to lose any excess weight.

best advice i can give is to start HITT training this is simple
jog 60 secs on treadmill
sprint 30 seconds
continue this until you can't go any further.

Also just eat as healthy as you can. Lots of whole foods, eat heaps of vegies, fish, fruit etc.

The only way to get a six pack is to remove the layer of fat over your abs and the way to do this is to eat healthy and exercise hard.

cut down on sugary drinks to 0. Avoid junk food. You are still growing so I don't feel qualified to offer any advice on actual diet other than that. Eat right and exercise and your body should shape out nicely. Doing this now will be a lot easier and better for you than doing it later.

6 pack abs

Good to see that that you are just 15 and soo fitness loving, i really admire you. To get unique combination of abs do ab workouts regularly and have healthy nutritious diet such as protein rich supplements, veggies etc. You must do Curls, pushups, situps, crunch and reverse crunch, Cable rotation, pull ups ,running and other strength exercise to get abs and gain muscles. If i share about me i got nice six pack abs in less than 2 months with help of abworkouts.me. Here is my workout routine, you can get idea, but you are just 15 so do accordingly
Day 1 (Tuesday)
1. Barbell Squats – 135 lbs, 185 lbs, 205 lbs, 225 lbs
2. Flat Bench – 135 lbs, 225lbs x 3, 205 lbs
3. Dumbbell Presses – 50 lbs x 3
4. Incline Bench (Barbell) – 135 lbs x 2, 155 lbs
Day 2 (Thursday)
1. Deadlift – 135 lbs, 155 lbs x 2, 185 lbs
2. Step Ups (dumbbells) – 35 lbs, 50 lbs x 2
3. Dumbbell Rows – 50 lbs x 3
4. Close Grip Pulldowns (Palms facing inward) – 80 lbs x 3
5. Wide Grip Pulldowns – 65 lbs x 3
Day 3 (Saturday)
1. Lunges (Dumbbells) – 50 lbs x 3
2. Military (Overhead) Press – 135 lbs x 3
3. Dumbbell Military Press – 50 lbs x 3
4. Upright Rows – 60 lbs x 3
