im currently 15, around 300 pounds and looking to lose weight... I'd have to do this at my house (because I dont really go anywhere atm due to being kicked out of school for unrelated reasons...) anyways, I have a really large build, and I want to get into body building because I really like the look of their bodies, i have dumbbells (for the past two days ive been using a set of 25 pound each) so I guess ideally I want to lose around 50 pounds of fat, then gain that back into muscle any tips/advice? (going anonymous for obv reasons)
