Hello everyone i am a 15 year old male. I am 5'10 and 246 pounds. I have a pretty thin figure i suppose, if i stand up straight i don't have a round belly, if you were to run your hand down from my chest to below my stomach i am generally flat, but i still have man boobs heh. Well i still am pretty hefty, i have a round face, chubby fingers and what not but i am desperate to lose weight. I am a huge soccer player, i generally play whenever i can but i can't now due to the season and weather. My eating habbit isnt so great. I normally walk everyday or play basketball with friends. I was wondering what you guys suggest is the best way to lose weight and fast! I'm open to all suggestions! thank you so much for you help!
