This club is all about exercise, all you have to do is do some kind of exercise for 15 minutes a day EVERYDAY. I no we all get busy and tired but I no we can spare 15 min. You can do more but this is to get you into the routine of moving everyday. LETS GET STARTED
.......I would not mind joining this club but I believe that everyone should get way more excersize that just 15min.....If you are really serious about wanting to lose weight then you will want to get up and excersize a lot daily because you will know the results will come faster but if you are not an active person then this is a start I guess.....After a week or two of hardcore excersize your body gets used to the activity and for me it has even seemed to curve my appetite a little.....What we need is motivation! lol....Iwould love to be in this group though and we could keep each other motivated......
I think i'll also join this club since my biggest problem is putting off excersicing on the days when I feel tired or I 'pretend' i just don't have enough time yaayyyy, no more excuses!
