I am bit excited to note that I have reached 15-inch mark on my flexed biceps. I am quiet excited because I had hit a plateau for the last 4-6 weeks and lower back problems also marred my work-out.
The work-out on Friday was the only one that added some size to my biceps in 4-6 weeks. I will share my possible catalysts. Someone may find them useful.
(1) In the work-out on Friday, I made two minor changes. One, I picked 2 kg (4.4 lbs) heavier dumb-bells. Secondly, it was the first time ever, I had included the normal hammer curls. Though, I have been doing across hammer curls for about 6 weeks.
(1) For the last about 2 weeks, I have been taking ZMA and tribulus.
