15 Best Fat-Burning Foods

I want a list of foods that burn fat that you can eat everyday, and are easly found in the grocery stores, just a list.
 
Hi there,

I have not heard any food that burn fat. Why not avoiding fat-intake rather than looking for fat burning foods. Do exercise regularly and you will lose weight.

Unfortunately, none of the things on the list are actually 'fat burning'. Simply because such things do not exist. Some of the things on the list are actually rather high-caloric, nutritionally almost void items - watermelon, really?

Exercise and plenty of it regularly is what burns fat alexajeri, to be honest, there is no really easy miracle way that will burn lots of fat, rather it's just plain hard work and discipline.
 
Energy drinks and coffee definitely worked for me. And hot&spicy foods also works to boost up metabolism but (those foods are basic; therefore stimulates stomach to release more acid and and decreased ph) will make you feel more hungry and increase the time for your stomach to send signals to brain.
Simply; after eating spicy, you'll burn more calories during the day.
But after eating spicy; You have to be the judge to determine how much to eat. Not your stomach. If you cant control it, better don't eat spicy, you might end up with more calories consumed.

Having fat burning food alone will not accelerate your weight loss. Incorporate exercises to your weight loss program along with diet. some of the well know fat burning foods are :

Start your day with a cup of green tea. Or have a cup in the evening. I LOVE green tea - not only does it apparently speed up weight loss but it is good for detox and clearing up skin!! I drink around 2 cups of herbal weight loss tea daily. Also another wonderful drink I highly recommend is hot water and lemon in morning. It helps cleans your system from the day before and it gives your metabolism a good boost first thing - it feels great!! I have a hot water with lemon first and then a green ginger tea around half hour later then have breakfast another half hour later with lots of fruit!!

My dietitian said I should eat a 0% fat yogurt with every meal as it helps digestion which aids weight loss.
The French in general eat a yogurt with every meal.
