Energy drinks and coffee definitely worked for me. And hot&spicy foods also works to boost up metabolism but (those foods are basic; therefore stimulates stomach to release more acid and and decreased ph) will make you feel more hungry and increase the time for your stomach to send signals to brain.
Simply; after eating spicy, you'll burn more calories during the day.
But after eating spicy; You have to be the judge to determine how much to eat. Not your stomach. If you cant control it, better don't eat spicy, you might end up with more calories consumed.
