15 and trying to lose wieght

Looking for tips and what not that will help keep me motivated and help me lose that extra 40 pounds! ya im a big guy but i dont really look it since im 5/11 but i really want to lose it, any advice is appericiated
 
Eat healthy protein and carbs.

Workout 4-6 days per week.

Do strength training and cardio.

Rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest at least 1-2 days per week.

Learn all you can about exercise and nutrition.

Do it healthy.
 
I used to weigh around 165 or maybe near 170 a few months ago... All i did to cut down was just eat healthy and do a bit of HIIT and bodyweight excersises... Situps, Pushups, Squats... I know every body is different and you might not get the same results in the same time but my suggestion is cut down on the soda, the juices with added sugar, and on the saturated fats... Try to get enough protein in your body, and workout... Cardio I did more than 5 times a week... But i did take a break off the bodyweight excersises to let the muscles rest...
 
I lost 40lbs in two months using agel fit. It contains fillers that keeps you feeling full and thus, you eat less. And because you will be eating less, I strongly encourage the use of other vitamin/mineral health supplement to keep your body operating at its optimum. Good luck!
 
40lb's in 2 months thats crazy did you eat at while using it?... anyways ill look at it but its preaty expensive for me at least since i am broke. :rolleyes:
