15 and i want to lose at least 20 pounds minimum ... :(

im 15 an i totally hate my bodie :/

but ive lost 7 pounds and i want to lose an other 20 hopefully it will work :/

would like some advice please :)
 
Hey Sweetness -don't hate your body, ever!! Your body is a precious vehicle that has been with you 15 years and will be with you much longer! So, as much as you can, please accept it and love it right now, just as it is. Now, should that stop you from wanting to be healthier? More fit? No way. But hating yourself won't bring positive results. How fantastic you have lost 7lbs. I hope you are proud of that. How have you done that? When I was young it was tempting to think I could just not eat and that was okay. Now I know I was damaging myself so I hope you are eating, but eating good foods, or more healthily, for example. And exercising! How great to go into your late teens with a body that is toned and healthy, yes? You can do it! Message me anytime, k. Best, Z :bigear:
 
Hey pascale, coming on the forum to ask for advice is one step in the right direction ;)


You should give us a little info, your sex/weight/height and a basic idea of the things you eat. At your age loosing weight should't be too hard and it's good that you feel concerned at a young age, before the problem can grow more. You should just cut down on the sweets, drink diet drinks or water(better) and just do some activities, sports anything to get moving. At your age i know it's sometime hard to control what you're fed with and all but i'd try to talk to my parents about my concerns and see if they are willing to do some effort to help you achieve your goal.


Anyways your best years are in front of you, and i can tell you it will be much more appreciable if you have a healthy body and mind ;)

AHey pascalebaby. I know what you mean I'm 15 aswell and I hate my body. But I'm learning to love myself. You should aswell. I'm aiming to lose 60 pounds and so far I've lost 6 pounds. You should try zumba it's really fun and your exercising aswell. Good luck with your weight loss?
