Just found this site might be good for motivation. I'm on day 6 at the moment. Feel a little dizzy sometimes but that's it. I'm surprised I thought it would be a lot worse and this is my first fast.
I have don't so much research about a water fast so I do know what to expect. I'm doing it really for weight loss. I was 161 pound. After 6 days I'm 148 thats 13 pounds
very happy. The weight will probably be slower from now on I'm guessing but I don't mind. My goal is to get to 133 pounds. That's another stone to lose and think its gotta be do able. After the fast I'm going on a 7-10 day juice fast followed by a 7 day veg only diet. Just so I don't put the weight back on. I'm also changing my eating habits. When I eat normal food again I will be eating 90% veg and 10% fish on a tiny plate so I don't eat a lot. And I'm planning on having salad to snack on every couple of hours. But stop eating completely after 4pm.
If anyone is on a water fast or will be I would love a buddy to motivate each other. I'll post every day on here about the weight loss and how I'm feeling.
