14yr old need help

im turning 14 in a week or two im 5'1 and 93 lbs i do crosscountry(thta prob doesnt matter but i just wanted to let u kno) and i was just wondering i want to start to get into better shape. i havea six pack but only when i flex my muslces u can c it and i was wondering what would be some good exercies to get my abs better ive been using reverse situp and crounches but i want to try something new and also my chest any ideas (i kno im a little young but id rather get in shape at a early then be in my mid 30s trying)
