Have you had much of a look around the forums? I think you'll find a lot of the answers you're looking for in the stickies. I know that I've discussed exercise programming and nutrition in the young athlete development stickies.

If you want build muscle mass, you're going to have to eat a lot of food. The less processed, the better. Lots of meat and vegetables will do you good, eat a little bit of fat (in particular omega 3, animal fat and olive oil, while limiting trans fats), and consume grains that still look like grains.

What equipment do you have available?

Start by doing bench press, deadlifts, squats, military press, and pullups and add more weight/more pullups each workout.

For your diet eat plenty of beef, chicken egg whites, rice, pasta, canned tuna, lite milk, veges and make sure you eat probably from your stats around 2400 calories a day.

Eat big, lift big, get big.

Hit your school gym up. Most will PE departments will have a program to keep it open during lunch or after-school. Or hit a community center up.

To get big is pretty straight forward. But requires a lot of perseverance.

Buy yourself a big tub of protein powder, and starting now have 2 - 3 servings a day.

When you go to the gym work 1-3 muscle groups at a time for about a 45 minute workout. Always give yourself at least 1 day rest (sometimes big muscle groups like your back and legs need a few days). Hit the gym 3-4 times a week and you will gaurantee get bigger.
