14 year old wanting to get a faster 40 yrd dash

Hello.. I really am interested in increasing my 40 time. Any advice/suggestions I'm 14 btw and my current 40 is 5.4 it used to be 5.3 but I stopped working out and stuff. Help!
 
i don't know about 40yrd specific but you must be pretty quick already! Things like daily stretching will make sure you get the most out of your body even if your not exercising that day. building leg muscle will increase your explosiveness, cycling is great for increasing leg power and making you more 'springy' so will help acceleration, hope this helped! :)
