14 year old trying to get defined arms and abs

I weigh about 100 pounds and have very little visible fat. I've been following this routine for about two weeks.

For arms
15 chin ups
15 pull ups
50 push ups
30 bench dips

For abs
60 sit ups
45 leg raises
2 minutes of planking (feet on ground, lift belly up and stay straight)

I do this 5 times a week, on the days I don't do it I have basketball. I take many many breaks in between reps. I've improved my diet and eat fruits, vegetables, and plenty of protein.

Can someone please tell me if I'm on the right track to good arms and abs, if not why, and what can I improve?
