Correct me if I'm wrong, but the T25 is a model of the Terminator. I can understand what killing John Connor has to do with fitness. You need to be well conditioned to catch that kid.

But in all seriousness, T25 is just another P90X or Insanity. It's an "Hours worth of exercise in only 25 minutes", you know, "7 minute abs", but they guarantee just as good a workout as the 8-minute folk.
 
Be really careful what the sessions involve regarding age sensitive side. Your bones will not likely have finished growing let alone fused yet.
You are also at the age where dropping bodyfat too low could delay growth or pubescent development. Puberty is not a smooth line of progression it is slow then sudden shifts that need masses of energy and break down fat at an amazing rate.
So in short looking appealing now could be at the cost of developing at the right rate and looking better in a few years. This doesn't mean don't do it but read what is says carefully, if it says for age 18+, it means wait until you are fully developed.
General rule of thumb on RPE for those your age is never train above 9 and generally stick to 8 as recommended max. You can go the full 10 when you are older and more physically ready and mentally unstable.
