14 Year old boy want to start gaining muscles.

Hello, i would really like to gain muscles. Im normally build.
My weight is 182 pounds.
And im 6' feet tall.


I dont know where to start. I do exercise. 3 - 4 times in a week. ( football/soccer ) practice.
I do have equipments, or.. just a dumbbell ( used google translate didnt know what it is called ), the amounts of weight i put on my dumbbell is 26 pounds, and i do 12*3 everyday.
I am willing to do anything. But i do not know how to start, i would really like some 'professional' help.

Breakfast - Darkbread.
Noon - Nothing speacial. Maybe darkbread again.
Dinner - Diffrent, but mostly chicken.

I have gout in my foot, so i can't exercise and that all time..

What is your training background? You said you work out, what do you do? I'm not a big fan of your diet either. I would be happy to help you.
 
I am quite envy on your height, you are already 6 feet tall at the age of 14. I think the first thing that you might consider is to deal with the gout on your foot, that could really a hindrance in your workouts.
