Okay so what kind of advice do you guys have for someone in my position? I'm actually pretty muscular, but it's difficult for me to lose weight so I can look more cut. Tips/advice would be appreciated.
THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Don’t fret. It’s possible. The younger you are, the easier it is to lose weight. Fat loss often comes easier to young, strong bodies with faster metabolisms, and the earlier you start, the easier it is to keep going as you get older.

It’s important for any teenagers like you to understand that exercise is crucial for weight loss. Just read out all my advice and follow those with cautious:

• Aerobic training is essential to promote weight loss for you because it burns calories and can melt fat. It's critical that you choose cardio activity that you enjoy. Activities like running, swimming, aerobics class or even hiking which engages the largest muscles of the body, are enjoyable ways to blast more calories. These activities can also be done with friends, allowing it to be a more motivating and social exercise. A 180-lb. teen burns more than 450 calories doing aerobics, running or swimming for 45-60 minutes. Keep in mind, it depends on intensity.

• Strength training helps promote a high caloric burn. You do not need to go to the gym to strength train because there are many body-weight exercises that can be done at home to build lean muscle. Set up a circuit of exercises including situps, pushups, walking lunges, squats, dips and planks to build overall body strength. Perform eight to 12 repetitions of each exercise, completing three sets.

• Yoga is an element of exercise that can build strength and aerobic stamina, gain flexibility and promote weight loss. Yoga is a body-weight exercise that requires no equipment, allowing you to do it almost anywhere. Whether you purchase a DVD or go to a yoga studio, practicing two to three times per week promotes weight loss. Yoga poses like Warrior I and Warrior II are common poses that build strength in the lower body, which challenges the upper body. Other poses like boat pose and plank target the abdominals.

• Engaging in sports can be an enjoyable and interactive way to burn calories. Sports that include running like soccer, football and basketball burn major calories. Other sports, such as volleyball and swimming can help promote weight loss by building muscle while also cardio training. The Health Status website suggests the highest calorie-burning sport for teens is soccer, burning more than 479 calories in 45 minutes.

See, all of my advices are easy to follow. Aim to lose 1 to 2 lbs. per week, promoting a healthy weight loss. This weight loss can occur by creating a caloric deficit of 500 calories or more per day.
