14, average height and skinny- wanna change that

I'm a 14 year old boy that is very skinny. I am of average height and I don't know if I'm going through puberty yet. I don't have any equipment, so I just want someone to give me a good training course that I could do to get some muscles on my bones. I don't have any particular sports that I like, because I'm not athletic.

I just want to increase muscle mass. Help?
 
You aren't going to like this much, so I apologise in advance.

The best mass buliding workouts involve use of heavy weight in low rep ranges, they put immense pressure on your joints and what will not yet be fully formed bones. Basically doing body building now would almost certainly be something you regret in a few years and for the rest of your life.

You will be able to do circuit training etc. which will build some lean muscle and give you a good fitness base. This means in a few years when body building becomes more safe you will gain far faster than someone who has done nothing and have the techniques perfect already.

I used a small at home set of weights when I was your age and it didn't make me any bigger, but gave me form and a more balanced fitness which helped later.
 
You should look at sixpackshortcuts on Youtube for exercises that workout your muscle groups without equipent (preferably use an open space for that). Since you don't seem to have any body fat to get rid of, you can go straight for any muscle you wish. I think you should look at this video for an all around workout, I use it too.
