my name is tabitha and im about 5'6 and weight 119 everyone tells me im skinny but i can pinch fat off my legs waist and stomach i was wondering if anyone could help me understand how to loose weight right now i stay away from sweets i mostly eat fruit pasta and so on but i also work out everyother day and run 20mins on the tredmill everyday i really wanna loose fat on my stomach and waist is the most important thing to me is there anyone who can give me some easy tips to follow im really seriouse about loosing the extra body fat i have and ill do almost anything to do it i dont take diet pills or anything i work to loose fat but is there a easier and faster way to do that??? thanks bunches if u can help me
