I wanted to give another update. I appreciate everyone's encouragement and advice in this forum. I am now at 277 pounds with a loss of 128 pounds from 2/17/2012 to 11/13/2012. I lost another 11 pounds last month. I was at 405 pounds earlier this year. I feel great. My goal is to eventually get under 200 pounds. I am 6-0 in height and age 38. For exercise, I am doing lap swim, walking, and lifting weights. I try to exercise about 2 hours a day six days a week. Here is another "before" photo at around 400 pounds and an updated current photo showing my progress at 277 pounds. My waist has also gone down from 60 inches to 46 inches. I have been taking a monthly photo which also helps me see results. Here are photos from my starting weight and from the last 3 months.
