12 Days!!!!

alright guys i bulked up for a good amount of months and for the last 12 days i've been on my cutting stage. Of course i'm eating 5-6 meals a day I used to eat what ever I wanted when ever I wanted junk food included. I pretty much went from 3500 calories a day to now 2000 calories a day. I have been still lifting heavy, and running 30 minutes 6 days a week. The 1st week the scale said i had went from 177-174 now the second week says i'm back to like 175. I really don't have much weight to lose i mean if i lay down the top 4 abs pop out like no other so I really think i have an inch to lose there. I believe the most of my fat was in my upper thighs and butt i guess. To me it looks like my thighs got a bit skinnier but this scale thing is throwing me off and I dont understand how i'm not losing weight because i really am doing everything i have to. I think maybe cuz i have the least fat to lose on my stomach which is that one inch that the fat is being reduced from my lower body first. Could that be happening since there isnt much to lose around the abs

-Be patient, it takes time. At the final stage of fat loss it can be 2-3 weeks to lose a lbs of pure fat sometimes. Besides its only been 12 days.

-Stop using the scale, its pointless.

I can tell you from personal experience that the closer you are to your goal, the harder and slower the process becomes. I lost my first 20 pounds easily, just sticking to my healthy eating, 3x full body, and HIIT and SS cardio. Now, I am noticing the last 6 pounds or so are going to be tough, and take some time. Don't think about it too much, just keep on doing your routine and sticking with it.
