I am about to go on a business trip which will have me working 10 hours days for 12 days but I will have 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours after work to do workout. The hotel we are going to has a 24 hour gym and there is a pool I could use also. They are giving me $50/day for food so I am also wondering if there is some crazy weight loss food thats stupid expensive that I could eat everyday cause I don't care for these 12 days. I started a diet 2 weeks ago and have lost 12 pounds already through eating almost nothing and working out 2 hours a day but I want to step it up and lose 5-10 pounds at least for these 12 days. Any suggestions on what I can eat? How I should workout? Anything I can do to maximize these 12 days of weight loss? I would appreciate any feedback.
