Hello all.

I used to weigh 140lbs and lost 22lbs so I'm 118 now. I'm STUCK at 118 though and I need motivation to lose another 15lbs. I need help =( I hear kickboxing is a good form of exercise? Do I need kick it up a notch? Should I exercise for 3 days a week to attain my goal weight or what.... I know everyone is different but damn, I want results. I don't gain nor lose anything anymore.

Don't you find it strange that you're asking for help without telling us anything about yourself beyond your current weight?

How is anyone to help you?

If you want serious help you have to ask serious questions. I promise I'm not trying to be mean. I'm simply trying to express the importance of being clear. We don't know you from a can of beans so we can't possibly help you based on what you've provided us. And the information that some people might give you b/c they don't care about knowing the full picture, most likely will not be good and maybe potentially dangerous.

I'm with Burn too, how tall are you? What are your goals? What have you been doing in terms of diet and exercise?

Sorry, I thought I said how tall I am... my bad.

I am 5'2 and female. After I reached 118 I started to give myself some leisure, basically, I let myself eat some pizza and hamburgers but never beyond what my caloric intake should be. My exercise used to be just cycling but I think I need to kick it up a notch so perhaps kickboxing will take me farther? Since I want to lose weight pretty much everywhere. I want to be at least 100lbs, it's my personal goal I want for myself.

I'd be interested in seeing a picture of you. It's tough for me to give advice to someone who desires to be 100 lbs unless they can prove that it's actually in their best interest.

Beyond that, I can tell you right now that you need to be resistance training. Not kickboxing.

To be honest, I really don't care what weight I am, I just want my arms to be thinner, flatter. My neck fat to go away. Just everywhere. I don't really care what weight I am if I get my desired results. You're right, I think I do need resistance training. If you say resistance training is good for me, I'm curious as to what sort of routine you advise for me. If you want a picture of me, I prefer to not disclose that here.

Well you can feel free to send me a picture via private message or email.

Do you belong to a gym?
