I am 25 years old and I weigh 114. I am a vegetarian. I do not eat any fast food, chips, white bread or sodas.I mainly eat organic. Every once in a while I will splurg and have ice cream. My meals usuall consist of salad, fruit and a sandwich or some sort of small pasta dish. I get the typical "oh you are so thin" typa thing every day but in my opinion my "belly" needs help. I just started the Carmen Electra exersizes with my friend which we plan on doing about 3-4 hrs a week. My stomach only looks good when I hardly eat any fat or in the morning when I first wake up. Does anyone have any advise? This bugs me more then anything (how sad is that) and I want to get rid of it. Thank you....I attached a few pics................P.s.
