I only got 2 dumbells that are 10ibs. but i am thinking that this is too little of weight to develop any substantial size in my muscles and i want to grow in size (muscle wise). Do i need heavier weights? or do i need to do more reps?
What you need more than weight is a plan! Talk to someone that knows what they are doing and can help you on the right path. Knowledge and safety should always come first. Be safe
