Since my boyfriend (100kg)
left me, I decided to lose another 30 kg.
I have lost 6kg but things have slowed down. Today I am starting a new program. Well, I am making some modifications to the old one for 2 weeks only. I need to lose 4kg in 2 weeks, starting NOW!
1) No more cheats, at all.
2) No more coffee in the mornings
3) Workout twice a day
