~100 pound Goals or less 2 lose club~

I am starting this club so we can support each other to our goals! I have 80 pounds to go and any of you can join! I am going to make little goal clubs for us to be in! I think this will be fun and great! Update at anytime and I will try to get it posted! I am being dedicated to this clubb I am promising to do my best to keep it updated and anyone who wants to help me with that feel free to let me know!

hey :)

hey there! i would like to join. this is my first time doin this so i hope im doin it alright. i just started my diet today. lower calories, more water, exercise, and slimquick. still wondering if i should do slimquick. but i really need a group like this, i think it would really help with motivation.

This club is closest to my loss. I am just over 100 lbs to lose but I figure it will be 100lbs or less in a week orf two. So let me join in here, I need to stay on track. I am doing the life change thing here, no so called diet really. I am limiting my intake and the type of food I eat, just more fruit and veggies and less steak and beer. Just started this a few days ago.
 
I still have 60+ to lose, but my doctor says that 124 is too low. My personal trainer disagrees. My chiropractor says I'll be happy around 140-150 which is only 35 lbs away. Who knows at what weight my body will tell me it's fit. I definitely feel like I can lose (probably) about 40.
 
I need to lose 65 lbs and would love to join this club for some support. I have been progressively gaining weight for the past two years and would love to shed it so I can feel better and wear some short skirts!

Today I joined a website called where you can track exactly the calories you have been eating and burning each day. Man was I shocked when it added up all my calories, it was a huge eye opener! :eek:

Anyways hi everyone I am looking forward to this group!
