I was actually looking up something else and ran accross this forum and after reading through multiple threads I decided maybe this wasn't such a bad idea. I'm a 36 YO male and weighed in at around 320 pounds in January 2010. I'm currently down to 218 pounds and shooting for 175 so I have little over 40 to go. I've lost most of it by simply eating better watching my caloric intake and using EA Active for the Wii and now EA active 2 for the 360. Obviously the closer i get the slower it seems to go, but i'm hoping to be at or at least very close to that goal weight by this summer (end of summer will do
) Any way i hope to be an active user on this forum and hopefully help other's as we work our way to the end goal!
