Last Christmas I weighed somewhere between 17 and 18 stone, I'm now down to a bit under 13. After losing a chunk I decided to take a shirtless photo so I could compare when I'd lost more. Checked and photo on left is dated 6th May, a bit before my 30th birthday (can't remember my weight back then). Photo on the right is today so more than two but less than three months ago. Pleased with progress, I'll lose a bit more then try toning up. The biggest difference is to my face, I do have a photo of that from last Christmas but would rather guard my anonymity. It's been a pretty easy road since I decided to get back in shape. No gym, just better diet. Happy to offer any help or advice if asked.
