Hey it’s so good to see so many join up; so far there are 11 of us to keep each other motivated. Anyone can join at any time they like through the challenge even in the last week lol. if we have a 10 pound challenge every 2 months we can lose 50 to 60 pounds this year, how good would that be? Then we would have something to write to DR Phil about lol. Good luck everyone.
