Avoid junk and processed foods, eat healthy foods, exercise regularly especially aerobic and weight training regularly. Be regular and determinant and you'll definitely lose weight.
I have increased my metabolism - higher and more intese cardio sessions. I have also regulated and now follow a super strict diet - balance carbs/fat/protein calories. There seems no freaking way I am able to get rid of the surplus of fat below my abdomen. I am really considering getting a liposuction. Anyone here has done a lipo before ? Is this really the only way out to get rid of that stubborn and hateful belly fat ? HELP !!
